How to share or get files from public users
The Synaman (pronounced cinnamon) server allows you to securely share files with users outside of the district. It also to provide a way for you to get files from users from outside the district by creating a secure upload location. This short video shows you how to do both of these tasks.
As the video indicates, please give your public upload links a secure password. If you are collecting files from a large number of people, say for registration, the password could be shared via remind, or sent home through the email. Please DO NOT post the password online in Facebook or the like as it would invite hackers to upload malicious files to our server.
